In 2008, my wife and I founded the Sierra Vista Dream Center, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, whose mission is to assist families and individuals toward self-sufficiency so they have a better chance of becoming contributing members of the Sierra Vista community. The Sierra Vista Dream Center focuses on the mental health of clients under the supervision of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services. Sierra Vista Dream Center offers mental health counseling provided by licensed and trained professionals that will make a profound impact on the lives of individuals, families and communities. This service helps our clients with Substance abuse and sex offender issues.

I am the President of the Greater Huachuca Area National Association of the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) where we are charged with securing the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination and ensure the health and well-being of all persons. Under my leadership. Under my leadership our chapter has grown by 35% and we have offered free financial classes, Law enforcement forums, fundraisers, teacher appreciation events, and Martin Luther King Day celebrations.

I am currently a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity INC. Our fraternity was founded on the campus of Indiana University on January 5, 1911, and our fundamental purpose is achievement.  Our Fraternity has over 125,000 members with 700 undergraduate and alumni chapters in nearly every state of the United States, and international chapters in Nigeria, South Africa, the West Indies, the United Kingdom, Germany, Korea, and Japan.

I am currently the lead for the Kappa League/Guide Right program. Our program is designed to help young men grow, receive, and develop their leadership talents in every phase of human endeavor. It provides both challenging and rewarding experiences, which richly enhanced the lives of young men. Our goal is to help young men achieve worthy goals for themselves and make constructive contributions to Sierra Vista when leadership roles become the responsibility. Under my leadership, we have hosted the 2021 Countdown Graduation Party, workshops that focus on building relations with law enforcement, top chef competitions, formal beautillions, back-to-school welcome events, community clean-up events, and distributing food to residents of Fry Town.

I am part owner of 3D Management & Consulting LLC (3DMC). 3DMC is a governmental contracting firm that provides exceptional training, analytic, and technical solutions within the operational readiness, information dominance, and workforce development enterprises for Fort Huachuca and abroad. I am currently the Chief Operations Officer overseeing contracts with the General Services Administration, US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, U.S. Forestry Service, Arizona Department of Public Safety, and multiple contracts with the Veterans Administration.

I have been a part of the Sierra Vista community since 1980 when my father, SGM (R) Clea & Julia McCaa retired here in Sierra Vista from their 28-year career with the U.S. Army.

I am a product of Buena High School (graduated in 1984), Northern Arizona University (BS,1989), and the University of Phoenix (MS, 1996). I have served my country for 30 years and retired as a Colonel.

While in Sierra Vista, I met my beautiful wife, Ramona McCaa who is also a retired commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. We have been married 25 years and currently raising our two awesome children and are eager to establish programs where youth come back to Sierra Vista and play vital roles in our community and government.

I am a community leader, service-disabled veteran, pastor, business owner, mentor (and sometimes mentee) here in this community.
